The Site publishes a directory of court reporters and legal-support professionals. Listing information (such as name, business name, city/region, professional category, and, where provided, contact details and website) is compiled from publicly available sources or submitted by the professional. If a listing concerns you, you may claim it, correct it, or request removal at any time by emailing support@depodispatch.com.

2. Information You Provide

If you create an account, claim or submit a listing, request a service, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your submission. We use it to operate the Site, verify and display your listing, respond to you, and provide the features you request.

3. Information Collected Automatically; Analytics & Cookies

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page). We do not sell your personal information. Directory listing information is, by its nature, public and displayed on the Site. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting and analytics providers) under obligations of confidentiality, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
